Another day down....nothing too exciting- its more of the same- Just more potato pancakes, Subway Veggie Patty Sandwich was great.... its an excellent alternative. I mean it certainly not something I am dying to eat again...(the feeling you get when eating a Mcrib) but it was something I can eat and be satisfied depending on the toppings....-

Deep,
ReplyDeleteI was on board to commend you on your life style change on becoming vegetarian, but you had to mention "trophic level". It's the typical vegetarian elitist attitude.
You could have just stuck to calling yourself a herbivore.
My sincere apologies, I honestly did not realize that me mentioning "trophic levels" made me an elitist. There is no sarcasm here, I thought it was an elementary and a common term and was relevant here- Last disclaimer, I genuinely believe that being a vegetarian does not make me better or worse than anyone else, its purely a non judgmental choice. There may be many other things that make me better or worse than others but vegetarianism is certainly not of them.

meal suggestion: i love my sushi so why not get veg rolls with tempura veg? you're going to get sick of subway. have you thought of just being pescetarian? is there any form of life that you feel is acceptable to eat or are all offensive to eat to you?
ReplyDeleteI suggest Yuan Fu in Rockville. Their entire menu is vegetarian items that taste like meat. Try the Yu Shiang Pork since you like the McRib so much. Not the same thing but you'll get the taste.
ReplyDeleteYea I cant eat anything because if I eat certain things, it defeats the purpose, based on my beliefs it has to be an all or nothing approach. Yes I know the next argument, plants are also living things.... but not in my world....sorry!
